User Flow

After internal interviews with Managers and Operation Team Leaders, we found that user needs efficiency, the existing dashboard didn’t provide a scan-friendly experience. Instead, many of the breakdowns that I observed from the contextual inquiry were related to the browsing experiencing:

1.Charts are in the wrong order.
2.Key figures are not highlighted.

Don’t ask user to explore.
Do tell user what action to take.
